The characteristics of this jig are:
(1) The plane of the jigging chamber is trapezoidal, which is narrowed and widened along the direction of slurry flow, and the slurry flow rate is gradually slowed, which is beneficial to the recovery of fine-grained heavy minerals.
(2) The whole machine consists of eight jigging rooms, divided into two columns, each of which has four chambers. The strokes and strokes of each chamber can be separately adjusted to form different jigging systems.
(3) The structure is detachable, which is convenient for transportation and relocation. The structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the operation is reliable.
In addition to the above structural features, the trapezoidal jig has the following advantages in sorting:
(1) High productivity, up to 15~30 tons/hour;
(2) It has strong adaptability and is suitable for the feeding of medium and fine grain grades and different grades. Especially for the fine-grained grade, there is a good sorting effect, and the fractional recovery of 0.074~0.053 mm can reach 51.6%.
In recent years, trapezoidal jigs have been widely used in China's tungsten, tin , iron and manganese re-election plants. The feed size range is generally 10 to 0.2 mm.
A tungsten quenching plant uses a trapezoidal jig to select the first and second chambers of the hydraulic classification, and the technical indicators for the direct tail drop instead of the shaker are as shown in the above table. The technical characteristics of the trapezoidal jig are as shown in the above table.

Door Marking Machine

Door Marking Machines are essential tools in the door manufacturing industry. They are used to mark various information on doors, such as serial numbers, logos, and barcodes. There are several types of door marking machines, each with its own unique features and applications.
1. Laser Marking Machines
Laser marking machines use a laser beam to mark the surface of the door. They are highly accurate and can mark a wide range of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and glass. Laser marking is permanent and does not fade or wear off over time. These machines are ideal for marking high-quality doors and for applications where a precise and durable mark is required.
2. Inkjet Marking Machines
Inkjet marking machines use inkjet technology to print marks on the door. They are relatively inexpensive and can mark a large area quickly. Inkjet marking is not as permanent as laser marking, but it can be removed or changed if necessary. These machines are suitable for marking low to medium-quality doors and for applications where a temporary or changeable mark is needed.
3. Stamping Machines
Stamping machines use a metal stamp to press a mark onto the door. They are simple and reliable, and can mark a wide range of materials. Stamping is a permanent mark that is difficult to remove or change. These machines are ideal for marking doors in harsh environments or for applications where a strong and durable mark is required.
4. Labeling Machines
Labeling machines attach labels to the door. Labels can be printed with various information, such as serial numbers, barcodes, and logos. Labeling is a flexible and cost-effective way to mark doors, and labels can be easily removed or replaced if necessary. These machines are suitable for marking doors in a wide range of applications, from small-scale production to large-scale manufacturing.
In conclusion, door marking machines come in several types, each with its own unique features and applications. The choice of machine depends on the specific needs of the door manufacturer, such as the type of material being marked, the required mark quality, and the production volume.
